Most change initiatives are doomed to failure due to the lack of change management according to effective change management methodologies.
The program aims to help trainees manage change in their organizations, deal with resistance to change and manage the influence of stakeholders to achieve successful change by learning change management processes and tools and applying them according to the latest international standards.
This program was designed according to the international standard for change management The Standard for Change Management from the Association of Change Management Professionals ACMP in America, Florida.
