Total Quality Standards

The Total Quality Standards course provides an overview of the history, key concepts, and benefits of implementing total quality standards in an organization. Students will learn about quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards, and how to develop and implement a QMS to meet total quality standards. The course covers quality planning, assurance, and control principles and practices, as well as continuous improvement initiatives and quality metrics and reporting.
