To be in conformance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and manage the organisation stakeholder’s expectations, internal audit functions should build a strong Quality assurance and improvement program (QAIP).
The QAIP program foster on continuous improvement of internal audit processes, through internal and external assessment. At the end of the day, the QAIP program should conclude on the quality of the internal audit activity and lead to recommendations for appropriate improvements.
We are often earing “Who is auditing the auditors and making sure they deliver quality output?”. To answer this question, this course is designed to give the participants a comprehensive review of the QAIP framework.
During this engaging course, the participants will be able to put into practice the concepts of program, discuss best practices and leave with a comprehensive methodology model to apply in their organisation
