Examination
The “PECB Certified ISO 22301 Lead Implementer” exam meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP). The exam evaluates the following domains:
Fundamental principles and concepts of a BCMS
Initiation of a BCMS implementation
Planning of a BCMS implementation based on ISO 22301
Implementation of a BCMS based on ISO 22301
Evaluation of BCMS performance
Continual improvement of the BCMS
Preparation for a BCMS certification audit

Note: Candidates holding both Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor certifications may qualify for the PECB Master Credential, subject to passing four additional Foundation-level exams. More details can be found on the PECB Master Credentials page.
Valid project activities include:
- Drafting a BCMS implementation plan
- Initiating and implementing a BCMS
- Monitoring and managing BCMS operations
- Conducting reviews and driving continual improvement
General Information
- Exam and certification fees are included in the course price
- Participants will receive over 450 pages of training materials, including practical examples and quizzes
- Participants will receive a certificate of course completion eligible for CPD credits
- If a participant fails the exam, they are eligible for one free retake within 12 months of the initial exam date
